Techknit 120-2S is a Compact fully computerized jacquard flat knitting machine with double knitting system. operation equipped with single carriage. All Parameters are fully computerized turned as required. Machine is also well equipped with auto-stop function by error, detection devices and unique sinker system to ensure more flexible knitting function. All controlled by needle selector, the machine can execute full-function jacquard and full-fashion structure.
1 Stitch System: the design of the carriage is engineered to be built upon 4 angle supporting design, stitch quality is controlled independently by stepping motor attached with stitch cam within carriage
2 Sinker System: The sinker system located in Non-knitting area with open sinker system to allow special knitting structure such as pocket and beetle -structure
3 Precision power driven system: A/C Servo motor for main carriage and bed racking make knitting fine stitch and high efficency
4 CAD design system: All knitting parameters controlling stitch ,speed, tension and other knitting characteristics can be entered into Cad System for Programming
5 Operation Design: Machine is equipped with unique touch panel operation with fast key board , all needful parameters are clearly displayed in the panel screen and adjustable whenever required
